01 Member Eligibility & Registration

To register and use PP69 services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age or the minimum age stipulated by the laws of your country, whichever is higher.
• Not residing in a country or territory where online gambling activities are prohibited under local law.
• Register only one account only. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended with balances returned after deduction of an administrative fee.
• Providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• Not registering on behalf of a third party or using another person's identity.

Pp69 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including national ID, passport, or bank statements. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe will result in the account being temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

02 Account Responsibility & Security

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur in your account. The following obligations must be observed:

• Keep your password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Notify us immediately via customer support if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.
• Always log out when you have finished using a device shared with others.
• Not using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical method to access or manipulate the PP69 system.

Pp69 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a user's own negligence in protecting their login credentials.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the PP69 platform are handled transparently and securely. The following guidelines apply:

• Deposit: The minimum deposit is as stated on the deposit page. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation by the payment processor. Accepted payment methods include local bank transfers, e-wallets, and listed cryptocurrencies.
• Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1–3 business days, subject to security checks. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification.
• Payment Methods: Funds must be withdrawn using the same payment method as the original deposit. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits are subject to membership tier and current policy. Check the "Deposit" section for the latest information.

04 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonus offers and promotions at PP69 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated on each offer. In general:

• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any withdrawal from a bonus balance is permitted.
• Welcome bonuses are only available to new members registering for the first time.
• Players may not withdraw bonus balance directly – bonus funds must first be wagered according to the specified multiplier.
• Pp69 reserves the right to void any bonus without prior notice if abuse or multi-account usage is found to have occurred.
• All promotions have an expiry date. Unused bonuses that are not claimed within the specified period will expire automatically.

05 User Conduct & Prohibitions

Pp69 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Engaging in fraud, collusion, or any form of game manipulation.
• Using third-party software, automated bots, or external tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for personal gain. Any bugs discovered must be reported to the support team.
• Making false accusations, threats, or harassing customer support staff.
• Attempting to access other users' data or the platform's internal systems.
• Transferring account balances to other users without official pp69 approval.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where necessary.

06 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Pp69 provides this platform with best efforts to ensure availability and accuracy of information at all times. However:

• Pp69 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or unforeseen outages.
• We are not liable for any losses arising from disruptions to a user's internet connection, device failures, or external factors beyond our control.
• Game results are final and governed by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted within 48 hours.
• Pp69 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of income, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform.

07 Account Termination & Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting the pp69 customer support team. Valid balances will be returned once all verifications are complete. pp69 also reserves the right to close or suspend an account without notice under the following circumstances:

• Serious or repeated violations of terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Receipt of information indicating that a member is below the stipulated minimum age.
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.

08 Terms Amendment

Pp69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

09 Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where PP69 is registered and licensed. Any disputes arising will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set by the relevant regulatory authority.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
